SYMPTOM(s):
The entered configuration information is incorrect. Re-enter the configuration data
Product was downloaded from the Progress Download Center.
Error occurred while attempting to install a product using a CD that was burnt by a Progress application partner.
Error occurred after the end-user inputs the Progress serial number and the control codes.
The serial number and control codes are valid.
CAUSE:
An incompatibly existed between the end-user's CD-ROM drive and Progress application partner's CD-ROM drive.
FIX:
FTP the downloaded product installation files to the end-user's site.
