GOAL:
Can I "trust" an Unverified Solution within the Knowledge Center?
FIX:
The Solutions have been created through technical support working with customers to resolve their issues.
An Unverified Solution has not been through any formal review process as yet, but it has been used successfully in at least one real life customer issue. One engineer wrote and published the Solution after a Work Request was closed.
