SYMPTOM(s):
NetSetup fails without error, with all needed permissions.
The permissions (attrib -r %WINDIR%\system32\*.*) is reset.
The user account has administrator rights on the PC performing the NetSetup.
CHANGE:
Progres is upgraded on the machine.
CAUSE:
One cause of this problem can be that there remains some old Progress, PSC, entries in the registry.
FIX:
Remove all old PSC registry entries.
Note: It is always advisable to make a backup of the registry before altering or deleting entries.
