SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to start unified Oracle broker
Unable to start the default orabroker1
Unable to start <service name> (8297)
AppServer broker and the WebSpeed broker were running fine
Can not downgrade the service pack back to 9.1D02 for other reasons
Can not upgrade to 9.1D07
CHANGE:
Upgraded from 9.1D02 to 9.1D06
CAUSE:
Bug#20030611-015
CAUSE:
On UNIX, when building the Command line for the broker, quotes are
added around the whole property as opposed to added around the value
for the Canonical property
FIX:
Use pro broker, _probrkr, instead of unified broker.
