Ping hostname (fully qualified) succeeds.
_pphpriv has the setuid bit set
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
The _pphpriv file does not have the setuid bit set.
FIX:
Change the permissions of the _pphpriv file to include the setuid.
chmod 4775 _pphpriv
File is located in the fathominstalldir\bin directory.
