SYMPTOM(s):
Can not connect to AIA using HTTPS.
Connection failure for host <host> port 443 transport HTTPS. (9407)
CAUSE:
The web server was not configured for HTTPS.
FIX:
The web server must be configured for SSL before you can send HTTPS information through it to the AIA adapter.
