Following error adding components such as installing service pack to an existing Progress 9.1D installation:
Unknown File Error Code
All Progress processes are stopped.
Installation done as root.
DLC variable defined
CAUSE:
The libraries are cached by the operating system, so they appear to be in use even though all Progress processes have been stopped.
FIX:
Run OS command slibclean.
