SYMPTOM(s):
NetSetup fails without error.
Netsetup stopped after "Checking System Requirements".
CAUSE:
The account that they were using to do the NetSetup did not have write permissions to the client PCs registry.
FIX:
Use an account that has administrator rights on the PC performing the NetSetup.
