FIX:
There are two types of Replication, Asynchronous and Synchronous. Of the two, Asynchronous has the least impact on overall database performance.
With Asynchronous, transactions are commited to the target by the agent without acknowledgement sent back to the Fathom Replication Server. In Synchronous mode, the Replication agent sends an acknowledgement back to the Replication server with a transaction end is received.
