FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
SYMPTOM(s):
C:\DLC\bin\_mprshut is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
DB can't be shut.
CHANGE:
Migrated from Windows NT to Windows 2000.
CAUSE:
_mprshut.exe file has been deleted.
FIX:
Copy the _mprshut.exe from another Progress installation of the same version.
Uninstall and reinstall Progress to assure nothing else is missing.
