To back up Fathom for reinstall and save all settings, backup the following files and directories:
fathom/config/fathom.xml (1.0A and 2.0A) (project store)
fathom/config/fathom.od* -> using <fathominstalldir>\config\fathom -dump fathom.xml or backup the files offline.
***for versions 2.1A and higher.
fathom/config/fathomweb.xml (Jetty webserver xml)
