SYMPTOM(s):
Bad performance of application after reboot
CAUSE:
After the reboot, the programs need to be loaded in the memory of the PC.
For the first user of a database broker just started, all the data blocks and index blocks need to be read from disk.
FIX:
It is expected behavior and it can be improved by faster hardware.
