FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
ToggleDataTargets does not work if there is no Update Link from the Data Target to the SDO.
The "InactiveLinks" ADM property in the SDO has a blank value, therefore the SDO does not activate/deactivate Data Targets.
Dynamics Service Pack 2 is installed.

Upgrade to Dynamics 2.1A, 9.1D07 or OpenEdge 10.0A.
