Unable to Open File: <filename>. Errno=13 (98)
FACT(s) (Environment):
WebSpeed is running on a windows machine
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
WebSpeed 3.x
WebSpeed 10.x
CAUSE:
The agent process inherits the local system account from the webspeed broker which inherits it from the AdminServer. Local System user does not have permissions to access network resource.
FIX:
Start WebSpeed broker using a DOMAIN/account. Follow steps listed in Progress Solution id 19244.
