GOAL:
How to configure licences for separate user groups on a Citrix box
FIX:
The way to do this is by setting up 2 progress.cfg files, for example one with a ProVision licence one with Client Networking. Then you can set a variable PROCFG pointing to whichever .cfg file is appropriate for that user.
The best way would be to install ProVision and Client Networking on the machine, then install Client Networking temporarily onto some other machine so you can have a .cfg with only Client Networking, copy the second .cfg onto the first machine and use the PROCFG variable to swap between the 2.
