SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamic toolbars show text when the images for their icons are stored in a Procedure library (.pl)
CAUSE:
This is a known issue
CAUSE:
Bug# 20030530-001
FIX:
Workaround is to store the images on disk higher in the PROPATH then the .pl file.
