FIX:
It is not possible to uninstall one product from a multi-product installation.
Run the uninstall utility to remove all products and reinstall the products needed.
Alternatively, install the needed licenses on a seperate machine, then stop all running Progress components/executables and replace the 'progress.cfg' file on the production machine.
