GOAL:
Is it possible to override report settings when using Report Builder in Design mode?
FIX:
No. When a report is opened, the settings that it was originally saved with are used.
Even if startup settings are used, these will be overridden by those saved in the report.
The only way around this is to re-save each report with the new settings.
