s/e 4053 with SELECTION-LIST SCREEN-VALUE attribute
Referencing the SCREEN-VALUE attribute of a selection-list widget
causes the widget to be realized. Any attempt to modify other
attributes which affect widget appearance may result in the error:
**Unable to set <attribute> because the <widget id> has been realized.
