With a (static) viewer, in the object palette select menu->button->"Help" and drop it on a viewer. It adds a trigger:
ON CHOOSE OF buHelp IN FRAME frMain /* Help */
OR HELP OF FRAME {&FRAME-NAME}
DO: /* Call Help Function (or a simple message). */
{afconthelp.i}
END.
afconthelp.i is nowhere to be found?
CAUSE:
This is old code from the Astra days - the framework used as the basis for Dynamics. It is obsolete and not part of Dynamics.

An Enhancement Request has been logged to get rid of it from the cst files.
