C++: aCC 3.15 compiler and later (3.27 in compatibility mode)
Java: No JDK available
NOTE: The 3.27 compiler for HP 64-bit platforms is supported with the use of the following flags: -Wc,-longdouble,old_alignment
These flags specify using the old (3.15 compiler) long double alignment.
