Windows 95 and print driver problem

Windows 95 and printing from version 7.3C or 8.

If a customer is having problems printing when using a simple
procedure such as: def var i as integer no-undo.
output to printer or lpt1 or lpt2.
repeat i = 1 to 5:
display i.
end.
Check the printer queue in Windows 95 to see if the job shows up.
If the job shows up in the print queue and there are 0 bytes of 0
and nothing prints then there is a possibility that the print driver
is either the wrong one for that printer or outdated for that printer.
Resolution: Delete the printer object and create a new one with the
correct driver and make sure this is the lastest for that printer.
