CHANGE:
Applied latest Service Pack to Dynamics.
CAUSE:
Java scripts were not up to date as the latest Java scripts and other files from the Dynamics\dlc\tty\icf\ry directory files and sub directories were not copied to the Web Server's root directory.
FIX:
Copy the Dynamics\dlc\tty\icf\ry directory files and sub directories to the Web Server's root directory.
