FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Attempting to install Progress after aborting the installation process the first time it ran.
Issuing the mnt/cdrom/proinst command to launch the Progress installation process again.
A version of progress.cfg has been detected in your current directory. You may
not run this installation from directory containing a Progress installation.
Change to another directory and type mnt/cdrom/proinst.
CAUSE:
When the user canceled the installation process, Progress asked the user whether or not the temporary files should be removed from the System and the user answered no to the question.
FIX:
Remove the remaining temporary files before attempting to install Progress again.
