SYMPTOM(s):
WebSpeed: The table in the browser is not formatted correctly
The column header is not align with the displayed data in the table
Left align is not aligned with the column that displays the data
The second to the last column's TD tag is not closed with </TD>
CAUSE:
The TD tag was not closed for the second to the last column with </TD> tag. Therefore, even though the header for the table is separate, the data was in a different column. Please look at the note section for example.
FIX:
Close the TD tag properly.
