SYMPTOM(s):
Dropping a browser from the Appbuilder's Object Palette onto a window or frame is not allowed.
A browser can not be drawn outside a frame. Please Create a Frame.
CAUSE:
Appbuilder Procedure Settings are set not to allow the drawing of browsers.
FIX:
Follow these steps to enable the drawing of Browsers.
1. From the Appbuilder, select Procedure Settings.
2. Next, select Advanced.
3. Check off Allow drawing of Browsers.
