GOAL:
How to display a report layout correctly when Exporting to file with Report Builder
GOAL:
How to configure Report Builder to specify a starting position for data based on character position rather than inches
FIX:
In order to do this you must:
1. Use a fixed pitch font (such as a 10-pitch/12 point courier new) whose pitch matches the units per inch for the horizontal ruler (10 by default)
2. Line up the fields on the layout with the markings on the ruler. Each mark= one character.
