GOAL:
Why does the conmgr.properties file say the afterimagestall has a default of true?
FIX:
This is a documentation bug.
The correct default for -aistall (afterimagestall) is of False.
This behavior was verified and the correct documentation is in the Startup Command and Parameter Reference where it indicates that the default for -aistall is false.
