CAUSE:
Bug# 20020124-012
FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1D02 or later.
Alternatively, if upgrade is not possible, the workaround is to have a smaller shared memory segment for the database, by downsizing the startup parameters -B, -bibufs or -aibufs (if AI is enabled).
