FIX:
There are three ways to Log a Support Call via the web.
TechSupport Direct
Via Email
Knowledge Center
All three ways can be access by browsing to the http://www.progress.com webpage, and choosing Tech Support Links. The Tech Support link will redirect your browser to the Main Progress Support Page.
To Log A Call from the TechSupport Direct interface follow these steps:
Under "Log a Support Issue Online" , choose your geographical region.
When a popup menu appear stating "Welcome to TechSupport Direct, either enter your username and password or choose the option to register for a username and password."
Because, the TechSupport Direct interface requires a valid username and password to be entered, if you are not currently registered please choose the link to register.
To log an issue via email follow these steps:
Under "Log a Support Issue Online" , "...Quick Log If you do not have a login but do have a serial number", choose your geographical region.
Choose the appropriate email address for your location.
To Log a call from Knowledge Center interface follow these steps:
From the main support page select the "Knowledge Center" hyperlink.
Choose to access the Knowledge Center.
Click on "Open a Support Case".
