Entity Import does not update new value for the SCHEMA-MANDATORY attribute.
Entity Import does not update new value for the MANDATORY attribute.
Changing a field to non mandatory in the Data Dictionary and then re-importing the Entities.
CAUSE:
Know issue. The Attribute records for MANDATORY and SCHEMA-MANDATORY should either be removed (when their value is FALSE at the DataField class level) or set to a New value of NO at the entity data instance level.

FIX:
In the ROM tool, either remove the Attribute record or set its value to FALSE.
