No, Progress does not supply any components for the Palm OS and thus has never certified Progress on Palm Pilot.
Progress is also not supported on PDA device.
There are some 3rd-party applications that might make it possible to synchronize a Palm Pilot application with a Progress database. Those are not supported by Progress.
