Unable to run the PROGRESS Procedure Editor _edit.p. (3261)
CAUSE:
A typical installation does not install the optional Character Base Tools
FIX:
Use "Add Components" from within Progress menu for adding the optional component of a 4GL Development license or a Provision license: "Character Base Tools".
