FIX:
The loading of a df file via Progress/400 Data Dictionary can be monitored on the AS/400. To do this, display the job log of the PROSERVER job spawned by the client loading the df and watch what files have been opened.
On the AS/400 do a WRKACTJOB and locate the correct PROSERVER job. Place a 5 beside the job and then select 14 to display open files. This screen lists the open files which contain the files created by the load process.
