Error 9463 and a GPF with prowc.exe when running WebClient application.
Error Err340 occurred while trying to get or set security cache value (9463)
A GPF from another dll file may occur at the same time
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
A dll file is being called from within the WebClient application and the dll call is failing.
This could be due to a corrupt dll file or an incorrect call.
FIX:
Replace or reinstall the dll file and check whether the calls to the dll are correct by using software such as Visual Basic.
