Results - Table selection limitation in V7 Results 2 (GUI)
Table selection has changed between the different versions of Results.

In Results 1 (also known as character mode or TTY) when you select a
table the list of available tables is then shortened to only include
tables related to the first selected table. Then if a second table is
selected the list of available tables includes all the tables joined
to both the first and second tables.
For example, pick the Customer table and then the Order table,
the list of available tables includes the Invoice table which is
joined to Customer but not Order.
In Results 2 (also known as GUI Results) when you select a first table
and then a second table the remaining list only contains tables
joined to the second table. You can no longer create a report on
Customer, Order and Invoice. This is due to the introduction of Outer
Joins and Master Detail type reports.
In V7.3D and V8 Results 2 the functionality has been added back and
you can create a report on Customer, Order and Invoice.
