Using 3rd Party product called WebMethods
Getting java ClassCastExpection: IAIK.ANS1.Structures.Name
CHANGE:
Added internal procedure to persistent procedure and generated new proxy
CAUSE:
The problem is caused by WebMethods. Accessing the proxy outside of the WebMethods environment works.
FIX:
Open a support call with WebMethods technical support
