FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Attempting to save a file from Progress to a floppy disk using the OUTPUT TO 4GL Statement.
** Unable to open file: <file-name>. Errno=<number>. (98)
** Unable to open file: <file-name>. Errno=13. (98)
Saved a file to the diskette without any problems using the Windows drag-and-drop functionality in Windows Explorer.
No permissions are set.
Diskette is not write-protected.
CAUSE:
Progress is not installed on the machine where the diskette drive is located. The machine where the diskette drive is located is running Progress through Citrix Software. Progress is installed on a Citrix server machine, which does not have a diskette drive installed on it.
FIX:
Use netsetup to install Progress on the machine where the diskette drive is located.
