User runs CHGPRODCT
Receives Progress error PRO1033, error during initialization of resources.
Error message was encountered after users disconnected from the AS/400 via the UIB->Tools->Database connections->disconnect
CAUSE:
This indicates that there is a failure to allocate needed objects on the AS/400 side. Users can experience this error even if all users are disconnected from the database.
FIX:
Users encountering this message should exit their Progress session after disconnecting from the database, then run the command CHGPRODCT.
