SYMPTOM(s):
WebSpeed error 5825 displayed in browser
Error: Msngr: the specified service name does not exist or has a bad format. (5825)
WebSpeed messenger is on a separate machine than the transaction server
Can not ping transaction server from messenger machine
CHANGE:
Upgraded IP from class 2 to class 3 for the transaction machine
CAUSE:
The firewall directs the IP traffic to the correct destination via static routes
to the internal network. The static routes on the firewall were not created with the new padres. The traffic would be sent out of the firewall and get lost.
FIX:
Fix the routing problem with firewall
