Old debugger version starts up
Need to access new debugger version in recent service pack
Not using the -oldDebugger startup option
Help-About box still reads 9.1D
CHANGE:
Recently installed Progress service pack
CAUSE:
When the service pack was installed, it was extracted over the current installation
FIX:
Do:
1. Extract the service pack into a temporary directory
2. Then use the new install routine to install it to your progress installation directory
