CAUSE:

Bug# OE00089661

CAUSE:

This is a known issue - proreplwin32.jar and prorepl.jar are only installed with Fathom HA Replication on Windows.

FIX:

Please contact Technical Support to obtain those files.
Once available to you, copy proreplwin32.jar and prorepl.jar to %DLC%\java and add the path and file names to the REPLCP key in the Windows registry using the Windows Registry Editor, regedit:
The following is an example and any reference added to the registry should reflect the deployment file system:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\PSC\Progress\<version>\Java
REPLCP F:\10B\DLC\java\prorepl.jar;F:\10B\DLC\java\proreplwin32.jar;

The ftp link contains .jar files for FHAR 2.0A, 3.0A, 10.0B, 10.1A, 10.1B,10.1C, 10.2A and 10.2B

Since the .jar files for 1.0A and 2.0A are not compatible, you will have to contact your Tech Support representative in order to get files for FHAR1.0A
