SYSTEM ERROR: Invalid blocksize 20480 in database <dbname>. (4521)
CAUSE:
Attempting to restore a database that was backed up on a different operating system than the one the restore was attempted on.
FIX:
Restore the database to the same operating system where it was backed up from.
