Compile XREF does not show index use.
Using Version 7 MSW client, connect to a Version 6.2m15 Dataserver ser
ving PRODEMO. Create XREF.p that contains FIND first customer. Save an
d then in another buffer, compile using compile XREF.p XREF XREF.out.
Look at the outputin XREF.out. There is no line indicating SEARCH cust
-num WHOLE-INDEX or any other indication which index is used to resolv
e the FIND.
