Cannot restart the broker, failing a crash recovery.
After the broker went down by sending a large PERSISTENT message
CAUSE:
Out of Memory
FIX:
Set higher value for -Xmx option at BROKER_JVM_ARGS in bin\setenv and restart the broker.
