Deleted the row in the table.
Reimported data, trigger refired. Error still occurs.

Bug# 20000613-015
CAUSE:
The SQLDA structure was not sent across the network when it should be due to a CRC calculation failing
FIX:
Upgrade to the latest version of Progress 8.3 or later
