FIX:
Yes, they can. Simply connect to the Progress Schema Holder then to the logical Oracle database stored within the Schema Holder. Once this is complete you can invoke the Procedure Editor (_edit.p) and run whatever code is required to add, update or delete data in the Oracle tables.
