SYMPTOM(s):
Error 4499 using an ini file with Visual Translator when opening a resource procedure.
** Font <font-number> not in Font Set. (4499)
<font-number> is greater than 7
CAUSE:
The font is missing in the .ini file which was included in the untranslated Kit (Zip file) created in Translation Manager.
FIX:
When you create a resource procedure you need to specify the environment file that you want to use.
First of all verify if this .ini file has the font defined in the Fonts section. Also when you create the kit it will create a Zip file which includes this .ini file. Verify if the .ini in the Zip file also includes the font.
