SYMPTOM(s):
Database started from command line display incorrect status in Progress Explorer
Database was started using proserve command
CAUSE:
The database is not running as a service when started using proserve. The AdminServer can not monitor databases started with proserve.
FIX:
Once the database is setup in Progress Explorer or has an entry in the conmgr.properties file, start the database using dbman.
Example: dbman dbname -start
