Documented program bug. StarBase support call# 1323 - 1
Occurs when focus goes from a Roundtable editor widget to the
Procuedure Editor, and back to Roundtable via ALT-TAB
DOES ERROR INDICATE CORRUPTION: IF SO, WHAT TYPE

CORRECTIVE MEASURES:

Workaround. Always give focus to a non-editor widget when leaving
the Roundtable Tabletop.
